     Tea consumption may reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, but it does not apply where the tea is mixed milk. Why did it happen?

Black tea is a very significant increase of blood flow when compared with other liquids. But when mixed with milk, then the effect will be lost. Tests are also conducted on rats. When rats were given black tea, the production of sodium oxide will increase thereby increasing the dilation of blood vessels. But with the provision of milk, then the effect will be inhibited.
